Driving Miss Maisie
Well, that was fun. Last Saturday, 18th, our 8 week old daughter, Maisie, got her first ride in the bus. We were employing the Banana Bus as our main mode of transport following the exciting collapse (on a bend! at 60!) of the suspension on the Peugot. What a joy cars are, not moneypits at all...
Anyway, zooming down to Glasgow in the van only took an extra 30 minutes compared to the trip in the car. We even managed to get parked in the West End with no bother, even better - on the return leg - we made a cuppa on the slipway as we waited for the ferry. Smug? Who, us?
