Had a phone call on Friday from Doug Stalker (the engineer) who, in a particuarly comedic way, got around to telling me he was going to ask CSG - who I thought were called NIG/Churchill - to authorise the extra payment. Which was nice.

So today I faxed Mill Garage to casually enquire if they wanted to perhaps chase up the insurers...
